Data Set

This study used data from many different sources.  All data are free and available on the web.  These data were combined into one data set, which is available to download from this web site.  I'm working on exactly how to do this......

A number of data sources gave permission for their data to be included in the data set.  These data sets are included.  Other data sets are not included for various reasons.  For example, for some data, users need to register at the original source.  Thus, those data sets are not included here.

The data set contains variables from the following sources (will be modified as I get permission from everyone):

Population size and growth, age distributions, infant mortality rate
U. S. Bureau of the Census, International Data Base.
